House of Justice

After capturing imagery, I search for the chaotic and cosmic connections that exists between the organic and inorganic materials of justice. I do this by sifting through massive amounts of my images and then I composite and juxtapose these materials into narratives that take on new meanings, exposing an alternative reality about the justice system. These arrangements are from “judges/inmates/juxtaposed.” This series is meant to suggest the existence of unseen, suppressed, and metaphysical forces that underlie the relationships between the ‘jailers’ and the ‘jailed’ as they define and fuel our country’s ever-expanding criminal justice system.
